This is a 6-week workout guide designed to help men of all fitness levels achieve their goals. Whether you are looking to lose weight, gain strength, have more structured workouts, or simply try something new, this guide will be the perfect fit for you. This guide DOES require gym access/access to equipment and each workout can be completed in an hour to an hour and a half! If you do not have gym access and/or cannot dedicate at least one hour a day for 5 days a week, I do not recommend purchasing this guide.
